During my recent stay, the hotel gracefully blends traditional and modern elements, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The establishment, with over 35 years of experience, exudes a sense of reliability and heritage. The family-friendly environment was evident, catering well to travelers with children, offering amenities that enhanced our overall stay. The fitness facilities were meticulously designed, providing a serene setting for personal well-being and relaxation.The provision of two iPads with complimentary internet access further displayed a thoughtful approach to guest needs. This convenience allowed for seamless communication and research during our stay. The team of expert event organizers impressed with their attention to detail, tailoring a proposal that exceeded expectations.Although the staff were generally friendly, there appeared to be a need for additional training at the reception to enhance the overall customer service experience. Despite this, the overall stay was pleasant, with the dedicated team ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
